Cases where it applies
Wrong product
You received a different product than the one you ordered. Applies by comparing your purchase confirmation with what you received.
Transit damage
The package arrived visibly damaged (dented, wet, crushed) with evidence of damage caused by the carrier.
Poor condition on opening
The package arrived sealed but the product inside shows deterioration not caused by the customer (mold, bad smell, abnormal texture).
How to file a claim
Take photo evidence
Photograph the closed package, the product as it arrived and your shipping label. Also keep your order number (format TIENDA-YYYY-NNNNN).
Report it within 5 business days
Contact us on WhatsApp at 528119091654 or write to ayuda@lacasitadelantojo.com within 5 business days of the delivery date. After that period we can't proceed.
We validate within 24 hours
We review the photos and your order history. If the case is valid, we confirm it in writing within 24 business hours.
We issue your credit
We generate a credit coupon for the full value of the affected product, valid for 90 days for any purchase in our store.
What does NOT apply
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Product already opened and/or partially consumed.
- Damage caused by improper handling by the customer after delivery.
- Report made after the 5 business days following delivery.
- Subjective taste differences (sweetness, spiciness) within the normal ranges of the artisanal product.
- Natural appearance variations inherent to products without preservatives (color, texture varying between batches).
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance marked as "no exchanges or returns".
