How do I place an order?

Browse the catalog, add products to your cart and complete checkout. You can pay by card (Visa/MC/Amex) or OXXO.

How long does shipping take?

We ship across Mexico. The estimated time is 3–7 business days depending on your state. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card and OXXO (cash payment) through Stripe. Payment is 100% secure and encrypted.

How do I request my invoice?

At checkout enable "I need an invoice" and enter your RFC and tax details. The PDF+XML invoice is emailed to you automatically once payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

You can cancel from "My orders" if the order hasn't been paid yet. Once paid, contact us on WhatsApp or open a ticket to manage changes.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Within 48h of receiving it, open a "Dispute" ticket with a photo of the damage. We guarantee replacement or refund at no cost.
